History is built from evidence. If we get something wrong, we want to fix it.

How to report an error

Email editor@thelosteagles.com with:

• the article title or URL;
• the sentence or claim in question;
• the source or evidence you think we should check.

What happens next

We review correction requests against the sources. If a correction is needed, we update the article as soon as practical.

For small fixes, such as spelling or formatting, we may correct the page without a note. For factual corrections that change the meaning of a passage, we add a visible correction note to the article.

What we will not do

We will not change a sourced claim only because it is unpopular. We will not keep a weak claim just because it makes a better story.
